LESSONS

• Students are required to commit to at least one lesson per week.

• Students are required to purchase their own materials.

 

PAYMENT

• Tuition must be paid in advance at the first lesson of each month.  (Usually, there are 4 lessons each month. However, due to holidays, sometimes there will be only 3 lessons in a month, other times during the year you will receive as many as 5 lessons in a month. Over a year’s time, the number of lessons each month averages out to approximately 4.)

• Payment can be made via cash or check.

 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULE

• Students must give at least one week’s notice for cancellations for planned events such as holidays, school camps or work commitments.

• If student cancels a lesson with at least 24-hours notice, they have the opportunity to do one made up lesson.

• If student cancels a lesson with less than 24-hour notice, that missed lesson cannot be made up unless it is due to illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If sufficient notice is not given, cancelled lessons will be forfeited.

• Student can reschedule the lesson if your instructor is unable to teach due to illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• All make up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days. After the 30-day window, the lesson is forfeited. This includes situations where your instructor have limited availability.

• If your instructor cancels a lesson, this lesson can be made up and does not expire.

 

LATENESS

• Students must be dropped off and picked up at the appointed times.

• If students arrive late will be up to the instructor’s discretion as to whether or not they extend the lesson.
